Annual Merit Scholarship program is one  where CSE offers selected long term courses in very much subsidizedfee Subsidy In the from of Scholarship is offered absolutely on the basic of aptitude test conducted in CSE centers all over Nepal. 

Merit Scholarship program includes four highly acclaimed courses of CSE as Diploma in Software Engineering, Diploma in Application Programming, Diploma in Hardware & Networking Technology, Diploma in Networking Technology & Diploma in Web Page Designing.
